  • Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • PO Box Addresses: Some carriers do not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address if possible.
  • International Shipments: UrbanSuri is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and payment of these fees is required for successful delivery.
