Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or Personalized Orders: May require additional time. We will notify you of any processing delays via email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
Available at an additional charge
Delivery time: 2–3 business days
International Shipping
Delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and shipping method

3. Shipping Costs
U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping nationwide
International Orders:

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is marked “delivered” but has not arrived:

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
Send photos of the damage along with your order number
We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy
8. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address when possible.
International Shipments:
UrbanSuri is not liable for customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These are the customer’s responsibility and required for delivery.

Customs & Duties: Assessed by your country’s customs office and payable by you
Customs Delays: Processing times vary and may delay delivery. UrbanSuri is not responsible for such delays.
