Refund and Returns Policy

At UrbanSuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
1. Return Period
You can return any item purchased from UrbanSuri within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@urbansuri.com or call +1 612-605-8341 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you’re returning, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Ship the Return: Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Opened or used personal care products, such as pacifiers, bottles, or bedding
- Custom or personalized items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@urbansuri.com or call +1 612-605-8341. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement product. If the exchange product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
7. Shipping Fees
- Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- International Orders: International customers are responsible for both shipping fees and any customs or import duties associated with the return.
